Because the trial court's oral ruling on post-trial motions within sixty days was sufficient to satisfy the requirements of C.R.C.P. 59(j), and because the husband's appeal was filed within forty-five days after the mailing of judgment, we remand the case to the court of appeals with directions to reinstate the husband's appeal.
